These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shelterly application and related services ("Service") operated by Shelterly ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- For any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- To transmit any malware, spam, or harmful content
- To violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
2. Account
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@shelterly.ru if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Shelterly offers paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective terms. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shelterly. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shelterly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
