Shelterly ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect
Shelterly is designed as a privacy-first service. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate:
- Account data (if you create an account): email address and password hash only.
- Subscription data: purchase receipts processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see your payment card details.
- Technical diagnostics (optional, only if you consent): anonymised crash reports to improve app stability. No personal identifiers included.
We do not collect, log, or store:
- Your browsing history or DNS queries
- Your originating IP address
- Traffic contents or metadata
- Connection timestamps tied to your identity
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Shelterly service
- To verify your active subscription
- To respond to your support requests
- To improve app stability via anonymised crash data (with your consent only)
3. Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
We use the following limited third-party services:
- Apple App Store / Google Play — subscription and payment processing
- Our own servers — encrypted tunnel endpoints. No user-identifiable logs are kept.
We do not integrate Facebook SDK, Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Yandex Metrica, or any advertising SDK.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data and account
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time

6. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing support@shelterly.ru. All personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) to protect data in transit. Stored data is encrypted at rest. We regularly review our security practices.
8. Children's Privacy
Shelterly is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
